Not the perfect picture!!!

Woodlake seemed really nice when I first moved in, obviously I was mislead. Starting with the Management, They are lazy, rude and unprofessional. They do not do their job properly. They do not care about the residents. The maintanence people are also very lazy. You will never see them fix anything. When you move in you are supposed to have blinds. Well I can say that Mine does not have blinds, which affects my privacy. I have sheets hanging up in my window. I was also supposed to be provided with a microwave, I just went out and bought one. My air conditioner smells like meldew and mold and it does not work properly. The area is a very high crime area. I DON'T FEEL SAFE! There has been mutiple car robbery, theft of vehicles, rapes, assaults, attacks with deadly weapons, and other very horrible crimes. It just keeps getting worse everyday. It is not safe for even your animals in this area. My neighbor told me she seen a dog being beaten by a resident. They will even steal a rose plant, I left my rose plant outside for one day and it was stolen. I seen a black male last night running through the complex going from car to car. The management has not done nothing about these crimes that happening more and more every single day! The gates are always broken and are promised to be fixed but never are fixed. The "beautiful Fountain" is never on leaving stagnant water with mosquito infested water. The parking area is the worse place to be day or night. It is not well lite as well as any other area in the complex. I would never recommend anyone to this complex!! |
