Apartment Review for Woodlake - West Palm Beach, FL

This place is sooo ghetto. I move from the ghetto that to live in the ghetto. They let drug dealers move here and of course section 8 as well who dont give *uck about the apt. which they end up destorying it. The leasing office never pick up the phone. Tony is a moron who sits on his ass all day and dont do *hit. Also he takes you rent $$ and pocket it. So becareful. Different management every six months and it gets worse. The pool is full of mildew and mold which nothin has been done. The gym is horrible you find weed and condoms. They take forever to come fix your apt. Dont trust the Black maintanence guy it doesn't know what he is doing and except to tip him for his work which he didn't do *hit. Plus these people don't give your deposit back you gotta go 2 court 2 get it back. The gates have been broken numerous of time and they never bothering fixin it. The rent is good but like they say you wanna live good you gotta pay more. I'm not leasing again through out the years I lived its gettin worse.
