Apartment Review for Woodbine - West Palm Beach, FL

When I moved into Woodbine in 2003, the apartments were nice, new looking, neighbors were young and quiet, and the upkeep of the neighborhood was great. Over the past three years, the apartments have become government subsidized, and the quality of the renters has gone down hill steeply. Garbage is almost always overflowing from the TWO compactors. There is usually trash all over the place, from fast food containers to candy wrappers, to beer cans and bottles. My neighbors are loud, and I have continually called about one tenant in specific over the past year. Our apartment suddenly has a bug problem that it never had before. There are usually people loitering in the parking lot, and loud music booming from cars. The final straw for me was being asked to pay $75 extra on my rent, because the office messed up, and accidentally credited my account, leaving me with a $75 unpaid balance. I cannot wait to move in January!!!
