Not worth the price don't let the model apartmeant

Maintenance doesn't repair anything quickly. Security gates always broken, 50% of the time there is no water pressure. LOUD NEIGHBORS, one trash dumpster for entire complex, stairways in disrepair and filthy.  Need to rent an apartment?
