There were several maintenance problems I had with this place. The bathroom ceiling was caving in and the a/c only broke once but it leaked in the kitchen several times. The garbage disposal was several years old and exploded, which I had to pay out of pocket for the replacement. The stove stopped working and even shocked me several times after they tried to fix it. The neighbors were great. Even the community pool was nice. They had cameras installed in the parking lot also.  Need to rent an apartment?
