Every 2 months The Strand has new Management in Place. Now they are taking away the guard and replacing with a gate. They are also taking away guest spots for guest to park. Every week it is something different to help the Developers recoop their money.. MAYBE THEY SHOULD LOWER THE PRICES TO SELL THE UNITS.. DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY LIE TO YOU TO GET YOU IN AND THEN WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH U  Need to rent an apartment?
