Apartment Review for The Strand - West Palm Beach, FL

The Strand is set in the perfect location but has a horrible management team running it. I rented in The Strand as a potential buyer and after a few months of dealing with the management I was easily convinced to finish my lease and purchase in one of the many other condominiums in Down Town West Palm Beach. It would be in the best interest of the developer and all owners to replace the current building manager (CM) before The Strands reputation is tarnished beyond repair. If a tenant has any issue they will not get a response from the management, you will only hear from them when they don’t like how your car was parked or when they threaten to fine everyone several hundreds of dollars because one person’s dog had an accident in the building. Management teams are put in place to help run the building and make your life living there enjoyable, that’s the complete opposite of what you get in The Strand. The condominiums themselves are far from luxurious, the finishes throughout the building look like they were purchased on sale at home depot. If you are looking for a nice Condominium to buy or rent in Down Town West Palm Beach this is not the place. It is one headache after another and when you’re around the pool (that only gets Sun 5 months a year) you will hear the same from all the other tenants. The only thing this building has is its location, any good management team would see what needs to be changed and not let treat their tenants with disrespect and total lack of business class. It’s a shame such a great piece of real estate is wasted.
