Apartment Review for The Strand - West Palm Beach, FL

The Strand is advertised as a multi-family high-rise. There isn't a functional family in this building. It is full of hookers, bottom-feeders and rich brats hollering into their cell phones in the lobby and elevators. Weekends are party city - it's like spring break! There are kids sharing rentals four at a time, with their friends crashing on weekends. Rich Dads, please send your little darlings to live in the dorms where this kind of behavior is acceptable and respectable people don't have to put up with it!
