Apartment Review for The Strand - West Palm Beach, FL

I chose to rent for a year to be sure this would work out for me. I love the community and the city, and the building has a lot to offer. However the staff, i.e., maintenance, housekeeping, concierges, have no respect, give residents a hard time and do not do their job. There is NO security. Unidentified males have been sent up to my apartment without being announced. I no longer answer my door unless someone calls first, even a fellow resident. I know that management is trying to do a good job but their staff is just out-of-control. I've complained and, if they fix this problem, I will consider purchasing my unit as a condo. Meantime, do not expect them to keep their grand promises of twenty four hour security. And don't expect anyting but self-righteous humiliation from the doormen.
