I've lived here for almost two years. This place had its challenges under the old owners, but I feel like the new owners have put forth the effort to make sure this place fulfills its potential. There is no doubt it is the best building in west palm beach, and the location is amazing. With the conversion complete, and new management, this place is awesome.  Need to rent an apartment?
