Apartment Review for Tennis Towers Apartments - West Palm Beach, FL

I signed my lease in May when they rushed me into it because they told me the "specials" for the year wouldn't be available the next week. It is December, and they still have those "specials". I suspect they need the low rent prices because no one would pay a lot for this dump. The only positive thing I can say is that the apartments are large. Other than that, the entrance gate is ALWAYS broken. The guard is RARELY there. They will let ANYONE in. The equipment in the gym is broken. I called to tell them to fix it and 3 weeks later is still broken. The Elevator has been broken for 2 MONTHS! We are told it will be fixed by the end of each week, and at the end we all have a note on our door saying that it will be fixed the week after, promise. Yeah, right! I have lived in all different types of apartment complexes for years and have never come across such a horrible one like this. Since the gym has been broken, I was walking around outside one day and some young man can up to me and asked me if I had any weed. Drugs? Are you kidding, and in the apartment complex! What a scary place it is here. The worst part, I called the office 4 times letting them know this is unfair to have 3/4 of the amenities not working and for us to pay full price. The gate, gym and elevator are all broken and we have yet to be compensated. Tennis Towers is a horrible place.
