Apartment Review for Reflections - West Palm Beach, FL

I lived at Reflections for 2 years. It is a a good location but my big issue was: I had paid $600 deposit AND $300 non-refoundable pet deposit AND $20 pet rent/month and when I moved out they they chared me all kinds of fees ( such as cleaning fee! although I am the cleanest person on Earth )and I got like $200 back at the end.I have paid them close to $20000 during these 2 years, I was the nicest resident and this is how they thank me on my way out for my business: with a big kick in my butt. I am thinkig about taking them to court, I am so dissapointed. So my advice is : DO NOT PAY DEPOSIT! Or move some nicer and cheaper place. There are a lots of the around.
