Apartment Review for President's Walk - West Palm Beach, FL

I was there for over a year and never had any problems until after I moved out.

1. I needed a rental history. They got a new employee who was hardly there and was not only very rude, but it took her TWO weeks and a phone call to corporate for her to send the info.

2. I later found out I was charged for leaving "trash" in the apt. I thoroughly cleaned the apt before I left but the "trash" she was referring to were some practically new things I couln't take, so I left them for whomever to take (including a new lamp and footbath) so there goes my deposit.

Besides that, everything is good but pray you never need their service after you leave.
