Apartment Review for Portofino At Lakes Of Laguna - West Palm Beach, FL

I have lived here since April 2007. The property management continues to lease to individuals that are insensitive, noisy, inconsiderate and obnoxious. Community rules around cleanliness, trash, noise, parking, dogs are rarely enforced thus encouraging tenants to continue the abusive behavior. Security is non-existent so people who live in the surrounding area frequently come here to use our pools, gym and basketball courts. You can actually see people crossing the street with their towels and pool toys coming to use our pools. Crazy!! Christmas 2007 there were a series of breakins here. Did the security or police assist. Nope. It was actually a tenant who brought this to an end. Or earlier this year when we were in a sever drought tenants were regularly setting off fireworks on the dry grass or flicking lit cigarettes onto the grass. I may not know you but I am definitely looking out for you. Do not lease here. If you have children do them a favor and look elsewhere. The general area surrounding this complex is not a safe area. I recruit out of state candidates for my employer and let each one know whereever they decide to live it shouldnt be here.
