Apartment Review for Lakeshore Apartments - West Palm Beach, FL

When I first moved in everything seemed ok, then once the place got full, thats when it went down. There are people always in the halls and swimming at all times of the night. The cable is terrible along with the water pressure. They tell you water is included but they dont tell you that they restrict how much you get to use. They dumpster are ALWAYS overflowing. The fire alarms are always going off and not because there is an emergency, kids just playing around. Every couple of months rent goes up and the so does the crime. Several apartments have been broken into the year that I have been there and 3 were in my building alone. The mangement office could care less about the problems in your apartment, it takes forever for them to fix anything. I would not tell anybody I know to rent from this place.
