Apartment Review for Lakeshore Apartments - West Palm Beach, FL

That's practically what this place is. Ever since we filled out our application we had problems, but we moved in anyway. They take forever to return calls, and the water pressure SUCKS. When they finally did come to fix it, it wasn't really "fixed." Willy, the maintenance guy is really nice, and it's not his fault. Charles in the office is nice, but doesn't seem to do anything without Charla (property managers) permission and she's not really "on her game." I don't feel safe- there have supposedly been several break ins and a rumored home invasion here. People have parties in the hallways, smoke weed and sell drugs. DON'T RENT FROM HERE, it WILL BE projects in a year or less.
