Apartment Review for Lakeshore Apartments - West Palm Beach, FL

After reading all the reviews i have to say i agree with them. As far as management goes they are slow when it comes to handling ANY situation i have been living here for almost 3 years & its only because its affordable i am a single mother of two & have to watch every penny i spend, but i am NOT renewing my lease next time around. You do get what you pay for. pros--AFFORDABLE!!! cons---EVERYTHING ELSE....thin walls, low water pressure, place was probably built too fast....dumpsters do overflow, management is not that friendly or maybe they just don't care, they do leave earlier than they are sopopse to but atleast they leave a note on the door apologizing for any inconvience. They are probably overworked and underpay whatever it is they need to FIX IT!!!!! We should be working together hand in hand ignoring your tenants only upsets us.
