Apartment Review for Lakeshore Apartments - West Palm Beach, FL

The Bad? Management not quick to respond to issues;Garbage constantly overflows;Old dirty furniture will sit out by the dumpsters for weeks; Take in Section 8 tenants which will always make your place turn into a dump;Too many criminals selling and using drugs out in the open; teenagers take over the playground area meant for little ones and eat, smoke, leave garbage, and curse around little kids;the amount of rent has changed 4 times in 1 year; people who dont even live here hang out in hallway and swim in pool; management not even open on the weekends anymore. Not all problems happen Mon-Fri. The place has really gone down since I moved in 1 year ago and new management has not made it any better. The proffessionalism of the staff is not that great. It's affordable but "you get what you pay for". YES, the water pressure does SUCK really bad. Luz (Prop Mgr) use to manage "Saddle Brook Apartments" which is really GHETTO and Lakeshore will end up being the same with her NON CARING management style. The Good? It's affordable thats about it. Unless your on Section 8 this is not the best place to live. I hope to find somewhere elese before the year is over. Too much BAD not enough GOOD!
