Apartment Review for Harris Music Lofts - West Palm Beach, FL

I have lived here for 2 years now and I am not renewing my lease. Since day 1 the management has changed several times. This building is in the middle of downtown within walking distance to City Place. Perfect! I know!!! But unless your straight out of high school and into going out everynight and listening to drunk people in the alley then this wouldn't be the place for you. Aprox. 3-4 months ago my apartment flooded with water and the water sat in the carpet aver the weekend because the management emergency line was transfered to an ex employee. Unsure if that has sense been changed. They came to extract the water out of the apartment but it did not help the mold smell still within the apartment. The water leaked in the walls and into the carpet. None of the drywall has been fixed and the windows havent been either. The property manager doesn't speak good english and he always thinks you are yelling at him giving him an excuse to hang up on you. The trash is located on the first floor where if you happen to take a look at the property will make you vomet. Cockaroches and ants are going to be a part of your everyday life! Its so sickening I will not allow any of my family/friends over. Rent is cheep but keep in mind you get what you pay for. The walls are not very thick because you can hear word for word what your neighbor is talking about or doing. I would never recommend ever having any of my friends or family more here. Such a headach!
