Apartment Review for Glenmoor - West Palm Beach, FL

I loved living here when it was Glenmoor. If I had a problem they would fix it within a day or two. They turned them to condos and its now called the Sterling, ever since then its been downhill. The gym used to be open 24 hours, now its only open when the office is open. I was assured that they are working on making it 24 hours again (but I'm moving out). My toilet broke and I called about it but they couldnt fix it because my landlord had owned the apartment for a month. Why have maintenance people for the apartments then??? Another horrible experience was a representative came to my apartment, never knocked and just unlocked my door and came in with a prospective buyer. When I appeared from around the corner, she asked "when did you move in, you must have just moved into the apartment." I said no I have been living here for 11 months. She never said I'm sorry, just turned around and left. That also concerns me because what if there was ever a fire and they wouldnt know that I was living there. The only good thing I have found since the apartments changed hands is that no one lives here anymore so parking is not a problem and its generally quiet. Except when the neighbor upstairs moves out and there is construction going on at all times of the day and night (including Sat 8 am and weeknights 8 pm to 1 am) I was very happy to live here when it was Glenmoor. After the Sterling showed up it has only been downhill for me, including amenities that made me want to live here in the first place.
