Apartment Review for Colony Park Apartments - West Palm Beach, FL

When I first moved here in 2005 the property manager was a very nice person. She listened to your concerns and did her best to clean up the complex. While she was here i enjoyed living here. Then in Oct. 2006 she transferred to a different complex and was replaced with the manager from hell. This woman is cold hearted cruel. She changes rules on a regular basis. Not going by what is on your lease. I haven't seen pest control since the previous manager left. Crime has gone up in the time that she has been here and she sends threatening letters and places them on everyones doors. I have kept a copy of every one that she sent because it is so hard to believe that a person could be so heartless. I am moving as soon as my lease is up and so are many others. If you want your needs and saftey neglected then move here.
