Apartment Review for Arissa Place Apartments - West Palm Beach, FL

I rent a condo in Arissa pleace in Wellington,FL...First of all I need to stay the staff that you speak with there are very rude and DO NOT do their jobs, also the Maintanence man that works there has stolen my personal property twice and I have spoken to Property Managment about it and they do not care they are not doing anything to get my property back and have no problem with him stealing from the people who reside there. The parking is decent but depending on where you drive in the Community it is a safety hazard you cannot see cars coming and they cannot see you so there have been many close accidents. You can hear every noise your neighbors make (and if they are loud it is a HUGE problem). On top of the Maintanence man being a theif he also does not do his job, it is always dirty there are piles of Dog waste EVERYWHERE...I cannot wait until my lease is up to get out of there(I am also considering breaking lease to get out sooner). I would not recomend anyone every move there. 7/24/09
