Apartment Review for The Royal St. George - West Palm Beach, FL

You willsee many ratings on various other sites saying this is a great place to live. Check the dates. Since new management has taken over it has gotten worse and worse. The gates of this gated community don t work half the time, and at all hours of the day you see shady looking people walking in and out. In fact one day I saw homeless people sleeping in the courtyard. The noise level in my building is awful. If it isn t the people blasting music in the parking lot all weekend, it s my neighbors on all three sides blasting their hip hop music and shaking my walls to 3 in the morning. Management does not care, as long as they have a tenant. It is not safe here, in fact on guy had his car stolen from the parking lot back in September of 2009. THe Cops were here just this week breaking up a fight between neighbors. To put it simply, if you wanna live in Belle Glade but not be in Belle Glade, this is the place.
