Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  9/28/04      Rate This Apartment     I recently moved into this complex when having to vacate my home during a divorce.I moved into a 2 bedroom with my daughter. This is my first rental experience, and it has been a nightmare from day one. The refrig, dishwasher and stove did not work properly, and when replaced, after over a week of calling to have this done, the dishwasher still does not work, more than a month later.It is impossible to get any maintenance work done, and the grounds are not maintained.The grass is so high that both myself and my dog have rashes from the bugs breeding in the marshy conditions that exist there.The pool, hot tub and spa are not functioning still, more than 3 weeks after Hurricane Frances is gone.Hurricane Jean did not do any damage to those areas.Actually the hurricanes are just added excuses for nothing to get done. Nothing got done before the hurricanes and nothing will get done after either.I asked for the name and number of the
