Maintenence is slow to respond - even to emergency messages! Amentieis are well kept. Parking is horrible!! You do not get a reserved space unless you pay for covered parking - this is ridiculous! Have fun finding a space within a reasonable distance of your apartment if you are out past 8pm. Trees selected for parking lot are messy and ALWAYS get berries/dirt/sap all over your car. Gates are perpetually broken/not working and you have to PAY for a remote if you want to use the right gate (for those of us on the opposite side of the complex driving all eth way around is a hassle taht could be done without.) Sprinkler system always in need of repair.Grounds are well kept clean and debris-free. Staff is very friendly. | | | | |
